The delivery cost of your order will be determined by weight.
We use Royal Mail and My Hermes for smaller lighter items and Parcelforce for larger bulkier items. Items sent via Parcelforce will require a signature – you can include any special delivery instructions when you place your order, but please note that should you request that a parcel be left without a signature, then this is done so at your own risk and we will not be able to process any subsequent claim for loss or damage.

For Europe and the Channel Islands please get in touch for a delivery quote. We do not currently ship to international destinations outside of the EU.
Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, UK non-mainland and very remote areas may be subject to a surcharge – please get in touch before placing an order if you need for further details.
Delivery times will normally be between 3 – 6 working days. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days – where this is not possible we will get in touch with you to let you know.
MyHermes will email you direct with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Parcelforce do not email tracking information but if you provide a mobile number they will send you an SMS the day before delivery is due and then an SMS with a 30-90 minute time slot and the option to reply with further instructions if you are not going to be home. If you do not receive the item within 1-2 days of the expected delivery date please contact the courier to check the delivery status or to arrange for collection. Our couriers will only attempt to deliver twice and after that customers must arrange to collect their delivery from the local depot or the consignment will be returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to the wrong/incomplete address provided or customer not available to accept delivery, then customers will be responsible for any costs incurred plus the cost of having the item re-dispatched. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items when incorrect/incomplete address details have been provided.
Collection in Person
If you are local to the area or want to combine picking up your item with a visit to the Cotswolds, you are very welcome to collect your order from our workshop in Leafield, West Oxfordshire. Please do get in touch to let us know when you’re coming so that we can make sure that someone is around. Please note that any postage costs that have been charged will be refunded should you decide to collect your order.
All of our packaging is biodegradable or recycled or both so please don’t be alarmed if your item arrives in packaging that looks like it has been used before – at Mabel & Rose we want to do our bit to help the environment and it also helps us to keep our postage and packing costs to a minimum.
Please let us know about any items that arrive damaged within 24 hours of delivery. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported.
