Delivery Costs
The delivery cost of your order will be determined by weight.
Orders up to 2kg will be sent with Royal Mail and orders over 2kg will be sent via courier.
For UK mainland destinations only:

We do not currently ship to international destinations or the Channel Islands.

The P&P cost of your order will be displayed on your shopping basket page. If you are buying more than one item we will always try to combine postage to keep costs down, but this may not always be practical.
Delivery times will normally be between 2 – 5 working days. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days – where this is not possible we will get in touch with you to let you know.
Collection in Person
If you prefer you may collect your order in person – we are based in the West Oxfordshire countryside close to Burford. If you are local to the area or want to combine picking up your item with a visit to the Cotswolds, then you can select the “Collect in Person” delivery option on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed we will get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Packaging
All of our packaging is biodegradable or recycled or both so please don’t be alarmed if your item arrives in packaging that looks like it has been used before – at Mabel & Rose we want to do our bit to help the environment and it also helps us to keep our postage and packing costs to a minimum.
Damaged items
Please let us know about any items that arrive damaged within 24 hours of delivery. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported.
