Delivery
The delivery cost of your order will be determined by weight.
Orders up to 2kg will be sent with Royal Mail and orders over 2kg will be sent via courier and will need to be signed for. You can include any special delivery instructions when you place your order, but please note that should you request that a parcel be left without a signature, then this is done so at your own risk and we will not be able to process any subsequent claim for loss or damage.

For UK mainland destinations only:

We do not currently ship to international destinations or the Channel Islands.
For Northern Ireland and UK non-mainland there will be a surcharge for orders over 4kg – please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note that delivery to very remote areas may also be subject to a surcharge.
Delivery times will normally be between 2 – 5 working days. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days – where this is not possible we will get in touch with you to let you know.
Tracking Number
We will email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched - if your item is being delivered by courier you will be given a tracking number and expected delivery date. If you do not receive the item within 1-2 days of the expected delivery date please contact the courier to check the delivery status or to arrange for collection. Our couriers will only attempt to deliver twice and after that customers must arrange to collect their delivery from the local depot or the consignment will be returned to us.
Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to the wrong/incomplete address provided or customer not available to accept delivery, then customers will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items when incorrect/incomplete address details have been provided.
Collection in Person
If you prefer you may collect your order in person – we are based in West Oxfordshire close to Burford. If you are local to the area or want to combine picking up your item with a visit to the Cotswolds, then you can select the “Collect in Person” delivery option on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed we will get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Packaging
All of our packaging is biodegradable or recycled or both so please don’t be alarmed if your item arrives in packaging that looks like it has been used before – at Mabel & Rose we want to do our bit to help the environment and it also helps us to keep our postage and packing costs to a minimum.
Damaged items
Please let us know about any items that arrive damaged within 24 hours of delivery. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported.
